Cancellation and Refund Policy

Quail season at Fishing Creek Farms spans from early December to mid-March, a cherished time when many of our guests eagerly return year after year, causing our available dates to fill up swiftly.

To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due by August 1st. For reservations made after August 1st for the current season, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Please note that all reservation fees (both deposit and final payments) are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend for personal reasons, you have the option to find a replacement participant(s) or reschedule your hunt in the current or future season, subject to availability, with a 25% re-booking fee.

For added peace of mind, we strongly advise guests to secure trip-cancellation insurance to mitigate the financial impact of unforeseen cancellations.

In the rare instance that our Guide staff at Fishing Creek Farms deem it necessary to cancel a hunt for safety reasons, we will make every effort to reschedule your hunt within the current or future seasons.
